Our initial consultation is designed to delve deep into your health journey, lasting approximately 90 minutes. Through meticulous questioning, we'll explore your personal health history, familial health background, and analyze your current symptoms, triggers, and environmental influences to identify the underlying or root cause. You will receive preliminary recommendations during the session. This is followed by a personalised health plan tailored to your unique lifestyle. This comprehensive plan includes practical lifestyle adjustments, dietary guidance, and, if necessary, suggestions for herbal remedies or supplements.  Available in person or video call.

Follow-up Consultation
45-60 mins
$85

This session offers a continuation of personalised care. Change and progress can take time. It is important to continue to work together to achieve the desired outcome. This appointment offers an opportunity to review progress, discuss any changes or challenges that may require some fine-tuning of your treatment plan, introduce the next step in a protocol or to offer ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track.
